I provide evaluation and psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I help people navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, self-esteem, intimacy, shame, grief, and life transitions. My approach is designed to meet each person where they are and is rooted in the belief that therapy can be a powerful process of understanding oneself more deeply and finding new ways forward.
My practice is grounded in contemporary psychodynamic theory, with a strong emphasis on the influence of early experiences on our emotional lives and relationships. My clinical experience spans forensic inpatient units, hospitals, and community clinics, where I've provided individual and group therapy to teens and adults facing mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, and difficulties related to personality functioning. I have also provided couples and family therapy in outpatient settings. These varied clinical experiences have deepened my appreciation for the complexities of the human condition. My style is warm, deliberate, and collaborative, and I am committed to building a trusting therapeutic relationship in which patients can explore their internal world with safety and honesty.

I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The George Washington University and completed my predoctoral internship at Lenox Hill Hospital.
